When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number, name (if shared) and the booking details you send, such as dates and group size. We use this only to answer your enquiry and manage your booking. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads.
